1. U.S. Customers
- Boat Shipping: Approximately $7 per kg
- Air Shipping: Approximately $13 per kg
2. European Customers
- Boat Shipping: Approximately $7 per kg, minimum requirement 12kg
- Air Shipping: Approximately $17 per kg
3. Vietnamese Customers
- Land Shipping: Approximately $1-$2 per kg with either freight collect or freight pre-paid options
4. Australian Customers
- Boat Shipping: Approximately $5-$10 per kg
- Air Shipping: Approximately $20 per kg
5. Customers in Other Asian Regions
- Shipping Method: We will use SF Express with either freight collect or freight pre-paid options
Insurance
- Cost: Insurance is available for $20-$40, depending on the value of the shipped box.
- Coverage: Without insurance, the shipping company will only be responsible for full compensation in the event of a lost package. They will not be liable for any shipping damage.
- Additional Support: Whether or not you purchase insurance, we will assist you in contacting the studio to explore possible solutions, including reshipping the damaged piece.
General Information
- Weight Information: Standard 1/20 scale figurines generally weigh between 1-3 kg depends on the box size. The exact weight is calculated as (height x length x width) / 6000.
