Pre-Order Items:

  • We offer a full refund for pre-orders canceled within 48 hours.

In-Stock Items:

  • If you accidentally place an order for an in-stock item, you can arrange for a full refund before the item is shipped.

Delivered Items:

  1. 1. The shipping cost is non-refundable.
  2. 2. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund within 48 hours of delivery. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and a 30% restocking fee of the order’s value.

Receiving and Handling Items:

  • 1. When your item arrives, please take a video of the unboxing process. If any damages are discovered, we will assist by contacting the studios to address the issue.
  • 2. For minor damages involving small broken pieces, we will arrange for replacement parts from the studios at no extra cost to you.
  • 3. (Only applied if you purchased insurance) If the main body of the item is damaged beyond repair, we will conduct a careful evaluation to determine whether a partial or full refund is appropriate.
