1. As the product is handcrafted, minor manufacturing flaws are expected. Handle gently—perfectionists, please consider carefully before purchasing.
2. For Snorlax products, individual nails are detachable, which may involve some shipping risks. To protect trainers’ rights, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video upon receipt. Missing parts, incorrect parts, shipping damage, or significant defects can be reported within 72 hours of receipt with the unboxing video for free after-sales service. Without an unboxing video, after-sales support will require the trainer to cover shipping fees.
